Meg and Samuel had a GORGEOUS engagement that started with a lovely day, but it quickly turned into a cloudy day! Once we left our first location I knew I had to make some adjustments to get the most out of our session while still keeping my bold and bright style. I knew I could fall back on my favorite 4 hacks for shooting on Cloudy Days!
Find an open Area to Shoot! Don’t let your subjects be covered by trees or buildings.
Face your subject towards the sun!
Bump up your ISO a little or shoot with a wider aperture. Such as 1.8 or 2.0
Shoot from slightly above your subject!
